Born and bred in fresh and unpolluted groundwater, our sturgeons are grown in a semi-natural environment, eating the best food available and receiving all loving attention for over a decade before giving us their precious roe. Processed in a sterile operating theatre, HACCP-certified and using a 100% real “Malossol” style (from the Russian word which means “low in salt”), our products have a constant quality and are completely sustainable - that’s why we’re “Friends of the Sea” approved.
